The Inno INXR Roof Rack Feet work with factory and aftermarket C-channel side rails.  

LOCKS AND KEYS ARE INCLUDED, providing you with a significant discount!  Attach the feet to your roof rack track, then attach the roof rack cross bars to the feet. These feet come with an Inno Fit Kit to mount them to your specific vehicle.
