The combination of a PackRight Car Top Luggage Carrier with the Waterproof Liner makes for the most waterproof car top cargo bag on the market. We recommend the liner if you are packing clothing, blankets, pillows, sleeping bags, or any other items that positively must stay dry.

The Waterproof Liner is made of nylon tafetta (the same material as most umbrellas) and constructed with sealed seams. The Liner shuts tight with a drawstring closure inside of the cargo roof bag.
